Conclusions

As we expected, our Renbo grew well at 37°C, and not well under cold shock stress in LB (23°C) and not grew at 8°C.
The BBa_381001 grew well alone at 23°C, better than our device (expected to work better)
We need to continue the experiments around our device.
Looking the results for the For temperatures below 15°C, we are planning to use other promoter (CspA in stead of HybB).
