• It grows well @23°C (best in Minimal Media than LB)
• It shows almost no growth @8°C

Conclusions

As we expected, our Renbo grew well at 37°C, and regular under cold shock stress in LB (23°C) and not grew at 8°C.
But it did not grew better in Minimal Media than in LB. For temperatures below 15°C, we are planning to use other promoter (CspA in stead of HybB).
