Created TENS
- 4.5 mL TE and
- 250uL 10% SDS
- 250uL 2N NaOH
- -Spin 4 tubes (1.5mL) 30"
- -Pour off sol'n & resuspend
- -Add :300uL TENS mix
- 150uL NaOC mix
- -Spin 2.5'
- -Transfer supernatant to clean tube and add 1mL of EtOH
- -Vortex and pellet DNA by centrifugation for 2.5mL
