'''Dr Liz''': To be determined based on the Team Members' sign-in information. The "General rule" is that Dr Liz will open the lab when '''at least 2''' Members (not Mentors) have indicated work hours. The "general" caveat means that Dr Liz reserves the option of opening at a different time, or not at all if an unexpected event occurs.
