- Assign roles in the team for better structure and results
- Use free-software for modeling
- Rent equipment instead of buying it
- DNA2.0 can give a discount
- Eppendorf could borrow us some equipment
- Promote your work/iGEM at the end at the university
- This will lead to more interest by the researchers and students
