My name is Emma. I've just completed my second year of Biology at the University of Glasgow, and intend on graduating with a degree in either MCB or Genetics. After this I'd like to complete a relevant PhD and work as a mad scientist.

-	My name is Emma. I ~~am 19 and have~~ just completed my second year of a Biology ~~Degree~~ at the University of Glasgow, and ~~hope to graduate~~ with a degree in Genetics. I ~~have lived in Glasgow my entire life, and therefore I am significantly more at risk of contracting liver damage (from Buckfast). Joining the 2011 IGEM team, I hope~~ to ~~gain first hand experience working within~~ a ~~lab,~~ and ~~frankly nothing beats~~ a ~~good PCR~~.	+	My name is Emma.
