Acknowledgements
First of all, we would like to thank our supervisors, Mikael Rørdam, Helene, and Dorte Kofoed for starting this project with us and supporting us by always being available for answering questions and discuss results.
We also owe Hans Jasper Geneea and Mads Bonde from DTU's iGEM 2010 acknowledgement for inspiring us to participate in the iGEM competition and general support. A special thanks to Hans Jasper Genee for figures to the costomization.
Our group photographs, profile pictures and some of our lab pictures have Hjalte Martin Larsen kindly used time and energy on capturing pictures and selecting the best pictures

We will thank iGEM Copenhagen for shipping plasmid, good corporation and communication over the summer and final weeks before admission of the project.
iGEM DTU Denmark has kindly provided us with 3 BioBricks from their iGEM kit, as we never received our own kit from the iGEM headquarters.
Finally, we like to thank rest of the CMB staff for their support and interest in our project. We have had a joyful summer in at the rsearch center and appriciate all the help and advises we have received in the laboratory, when unexpected troubles occurred.
