Due to the curriculum in our country, it is generally difficult for HS students to take part in iGEM undergraduate team, so we decide to tell them HS division and support students who are interested in HS division. There will be many team from Japan in next iGEM HS division. | ||

Introduction
We performed following three things in HS near KU and in ELCAS, a special lecture of science, hold by the department of science in KU
・giving a special lecture about SB and iGEM to HS students, including high-motivated JSH students
・having some questionnaires among students on SB. They were asked about anxiety and capacity of SB, interest in iGEM and so on
・introducing iGEM HS division
Lecture
We went to some HS school around KU and give a short introduction of SB and iGEM, including the attractive points of SB, the way of changing living things by constructing genes and some undergraduate iGEM teams’ activity.
