PCR and mutagenesis of rcn, csgBA, csgEFG

PCR from genomic DNA from E.coli strain MC4100 to amplify three genes : RcnR (cobalt receptor), CsgAB (curli operon, part 1) and CsgEFG (curli operon, part 2)
