Hurra - the two first edition A2 had the mutations. We'll have our second BioBrick very soon.

And the human cyps have grown marvellous - not like those lazy plant cyps. We are exhousted form making overnight cultures.

Plant CYPs

BioBrick A1

• We took the A1's out and put it in and overnight culture

BioBrick A2

• We extended our cyp A2 with prefix and suffix by a PCR approach.

• The DNA obtained was purified by using a PCR purification kit.

BioBrick B1

• The transformed bacteria had a cold night and needed more time to grow. So they spend the day in the 37 degress room.

Human CYPs

• Made overnight cultures.
