This project was a possible with the help of the Greenfield Central instructors, Mrs. Schini and Mr. Rihm, the companies, Xylogenetics and Invitrogen. Also, The lab procedure took place at Greenfield Central. The advisor for the Warren Central team, Mr. McAdams obtained some of the materials needed through the companies. Last but not least, we want to thank Dr. Gabel for providing us with yeast samples and helping in the processes of primer design and the development of the project objective.
