Xiao Qingyang is one of the Peking University 2011 iGEMers. She is responsible for the selection of a useful adenine sensing hammerhead ribozyme, which will be used in the regulation of our pathway. She is also responsible for the human practice project.

Statement:By inserting adenine aptamer into wild-type hammerhead and dual selection, we want to construct efficient ribozyme-based artificial switches of gene expression. This switch can be used as one of our three regulation sites and can be further used in other pathways.
