06/June/2011 • miniprep of 22P (103.2 NG/ µ L ) and ( 114 ng / µ L ) • Digestions • Sterilize material • Preparation of Km and Ap stock. • Electrophoresis • Transformation in the microwave • 22 P + 2 M -> in a plate with Ap • 16 K + 20 B + 14 N -> in plates with Km • We chose one colony of the 22P + 2 M and put it in 10 ml LB media + 100 µg / mL)
