Materials:
LB broth
Agar powder
Antibiotic
Procedure:
1. mix 20 grams of agar powder for every 1000ml of LB broth being used.
2. autoclave
3. wait till temperature has gone down to a point were it wont burn to touch and add the appropriate antibiotic at the desired concentration.
4. serve 25ml of agar+LB solution per petri dish.
