Attributions
Wetlab work
All biological work, including cloning, measurements, etc. was performed by the students on the team. Clone Manager Suite 6.0 was used for in silico work.
Oligos used for PCR were synthesized by [http://www.sigmaaldrich.com Sigma-Aldrich]. Sequencing was performed by [http://www.eurofinsdna.com Eurofins DNA], at a generous discount.
Modelling
All the modeling has been done by the students on the team, software tools used were [http://magnet.systemsbiology.net/software/Dizzy/ Dizzy] and [http://www.mathworks.se/products/matlab/index.html Matlab].
