0.2 N NaOH [Think M when you see N] 1.0% SDS
The ideal Solution II would be freshly made, using 10 N NaOH.
To make 5 ml of Solution II using 0.4 N NaOH stock and 10% SDS stock solution we use:
2.50 ml 0.4 N NaOH 0.05 ml 10% SDS 2.45 ml distilled water or NF water
Notice 0.05 ml = 50 ul of the 10% SDS.
