Welcome to "The DNA Architects of South Bend & Mishawaka" iGEM Team Wiki!
Introduction: Our Problem
- P. aeruginosa is a human pathogenic bacteria that is found in water.
- Using the iGem parts containing the Lux system that detects quorum sensing factors, we will build a sensor which detects this pathogen.
Primary Objective:
Secondary Objective:
We will build the luminescence detector built by Cambridge University in 2010.
Further Considerations
- We aren't yet considering anything further than where we are in the process....stay tuned!
