Glycerol from lacO/tetO plasmids :
- Centrifugation 10min - 4000 RPM
- Put liquid on trash and vortex it
- Resuspend with LB + Glycerol 20% (3mL on each tube)
- Put it on cryovial tube (1,5mL on each tube -20°C / -80°C)
Cultur of glycerols :
10mL LB + 10μL Antibiotics
