		+	Home made quick saliva DNA extraction protocol:
		+
		+	• Rinse the mouth 5 times with clean water, the last rinse must be deposited in a plastic glass

		+	• Prepare a solution with soap and water in a beaker
		+
		+	• Add the soap solution to the last rinse
		+
		+	• Add frozen (0°C) etanol  to the last rinse
		+
		+	• Observe how a DNA threa forms, take it and place it in an eppendorf tube.

Home made quick saliva DNA extraction protocol:

• Add the soap solution to the last rinse

• Add frozen (0°C) etanol to the last rinse

• Observe how a DNA threa forms, take it and place it in an eppendorf tube.
