Miniprep

did miniprep of:
PR9: S3- S6
PR4: S2-S4
PR8: S3-S5
but the measurement on Nanodrop showed a really bad result.
Preparation of new LB with Cm ( 1,5ul), 37 degrees ( 17:45)
