Hobbies: travel, movie, Harry Potter Academic Experience: Statement:By inserting adenine aptamer into wild-type hammerhead and dual selection, we want to construct efficient ribozyme-based artificial switches of gene expression. This switch can be used as one of our three regulation sites and can be further used in other pathways.
