Nos Parts

Data for our favorite new parts

1.Main page - rcn-csgBAEFG, cobalt-inducible promoter controlling a curli-generating gene, BBa_K540000. This part enable production of curli induced cobalt in the medium.
2.Main page - rcn, cobalt-inducible promoter, BBa_K540001 . This promoter makes the expression of the following gene cobalt-dependent.
3.Main page - rcn-OmpR234, cobalt-inducible promoter controlling a stimulating gene for curli production, BBa_K540003 . This part produces curli when cobalt is in the medium, as rcn is cobalt-dependent promoter, and OmpR234 activates the csg genes.

Data for pre-existing parts

1.Main page - OmpR234, a stimulating gene for curli production, BBa_K342003

We've also characterized the following parts

1.Main page - Ptrc, a strong promoter, BBa_K540003

Rcn-csgBAEFG : placer la sécretion de curli sous le contrôle d'un promoteur inductible au Cobalt.

Rcn-OmpR234 : Stimulating the chromosomal curli secretion genes with the cobalt-inducible promoter
