LABLED 6 CENTERFUGE TUBES T3 R3 P3 T4 R4 P4 Removed 6 mutagenesis tubes from freezer labled as Mutagenesis P,R and T products grown up and spun down Lysis by Alkali The contents of these tubes was vortex-ed and poured into its corresponding centerfuge tube above each tube was rinsed with about 1 ml nuclease free water and poured into the corresponding centrifuge tubes. These six centerfuge tubes were subsequently centerfuged at 4 degrees C. at 12,000 rpm for 30seconds twice. each tube was then decanted and wicked without disturbing the supernatant. 6 mLs of Solution I was added to each tube and vortex-ed to re-suspend the pellet.--[[User:Mduley|Mduley]] 19:02, 28 July 2011 (CDT) {{LabReportBmore}}
