Making PBS Stocks

  1. obtain and label a microcentrifuge tube.
  2. Add 50 μL of Phosphate-Buffered Saline Broth (PBS).
  3. From a plate, prick the desired colony and resuspend it in the 50 uL of PBS.
    • These broths can be left out on the lab bench for future use.
