Making PBS Stocks
- obtain and label a microcentrifuge tube.
- Add 50 μL of Phosphate-Buffered Saline Broth (PBS).
- From a plate, prick the desired colony and resuspend it in the 50 uL of PBS.
- These broths can be left out on the lab bench for future use.
