final dissolve DELL 2011-6-4 17:02:52 4.4 ng/µl 2nd PW DELL 2011-6-4 17:03:39 2.4 ng/µl 3rd PW DELL 2011-6-4 17:04:10 1.5 ng/µl 

  still get low concentration!!!
