• Digestions to purify 2M and 22P
• Miniprep of 5 colonies (2,3,4,5,6) of 8G
• Digestion with XbaI and a Second digestión with XbaI and PstI also with EcoRI and PstI for 8G
• Miniprepr -> Lig. 13L+8G of Col. 1,2,3
• We have to check our LB media for contamination, so we put some in a plate with Ap and other without it.
