•Our july 30th calciumcompetents were frozen so.. we had to make some new cells.
• Digestion ->13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C
• Ligation ->13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C
• Tranformation of 13L+8G+2M+22P+SacC+24C with electrocompetent cells.
