• We did an Ap stock also we did a contamination test of the virgins strains.
• Electroporation with GFP and then we put them in a plate with Ap.
• Linear digestion of the pGEM and confirmation with electrophoresis.
• Transformation of TOP10 with the pGEM plasmid.
