• Minipreps of sacC+pGEMTEX
• Digestion with NheI and PstI
• We had so much degradation on the electrophoresis gel…we need to do it again
• We repeated the experiment with GFP…the results were not successfully.
• We prepared an overnight to do the GFP experiment again
