Protocol

LB Medium 1 liter

1. Measure 950 ml of demi water and put it in a flask 2. Add 10 grams of NaCl 3. Add 10 grams of Bacter Tryptone 4. Add 5 grams of Yeast extract 5. Bring the Ph to 7 in the "Kitchen" by pipettinga 10M NaOH 6. Fill up to 1 liter 7. Bring the flask to the autoclave
