Introduction: Our Problem

  • P. aeruginosa is a human pathogenic bacteria that is found in water.
  • Using the iGem parts containing the Lux system that detects quorum sensing factors, we will build a sensor which detects this pathogen.

Primary Objective:

Secondary Objective:

We will build the luminescence detector built by Cambridge University in 2010.

Further Considerations

  • We aren't yet considering anything further than where we are in the process....stay tuned!
