Welcome to "The DNA Architects of South Bend & Mishawaka" iGEM Team Wiki!
Introduction: Our Problem
- Biosensor for the pathogenic bacteria P. aeruginosa
Primary Objective:
- P. aeruginosa is a human pathogenic bacteria that is found in water.
- Using the iGem parts containing the Lux system that detects quorum sensing factors, we will build a sensor which detects this pathogen.
Secondary Objective:
- We may have a secondary objective, but that depends upon our primary objective and that depends upon our problem...
Further Considerations
- We aren't yet considering anything further than where we are in the process....stay tuned!
