We observed the transformations, our results are the following:

Petri Dishes with growht: LB+chloramphenicol+inducible Promoter, LB+Ampicilin+Inducible Promoter, LB+Ampicilin+C+P LB+chloramphenicol+GFP+T

Petri Dishes Without growth: LB+chloramphenicol (negative control), LB+Ampicilin+C-P (E. coli K-12) LB+Ampicilin+C-P (E. coli JM109) LB+Ampicilin+C-P
