Purpose:

Prepare pucBB plasmid for digestion. Silicatein doesn't need to be digested since it was made with the overhangs.

Procedures:

Same, but digest for 2 hours.

Notes:

-Silicatein= 1kb

-pucBB=2.1 kb

-BglII and NotI are the restriction sites.
