Purpose:

Ligate the digested pieces together.

Procedure:

Using the following equation to calculate the ratio of insert and plasmid needed.

((ng vector x kb insert)/(kb vector))x(mols insert/mols vector)=ng insert.

pBad=4.2 kb

OmpA=1 kb

Results:

Unknown since the lab was locked.
