I did Gel extraction of PCR product of ho1 and Cph 8. They got very low concentration

ho1 got 2.1 ng/mircoliter and Cph 8 got 1.8 ng/microliter.

Both tube are labeled as 07/25/11 ho1 or Cph8 and their concentration on it. also stored in igem 2011 box in -20 freezer
