We were fortunate enough to have access to a <a href='http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confocal_microscope'>confocal microscope</a> during the <a href='/Team:Cambridge/Project'>project</a>, this allowed us to try our various imaging techniques on both squid cells and E.Coli.
