protocol description

1. Peparation of liqid cultures - 100-fold dilution of overnight culture with selection. 2. Incubation at 37° for 3-4 hours until mid-log phase. 3. Mix with 60% glycerol to get a final concentration of 20%. 4. Store at -80°
