1. Polymerase Chain Reaction : A method for amplifying a section of DNA
2. Gel Electrophoresis : A method used to separate DNA fragments of different sizes
3. Gibson Assembly : A relatively new technique of joining multiple DNA strands reliably
4. Gel Extraction of DNA : A process to extract DNA from gel and purify DNA as part of the preparation for the Gibson Assembly
5. Transformation of E.Coli : A simple method of transforming competent E.coli with your DNA of choice
