- Made O/D culture on the transformation from yesterday (RBS and promoter ligated)
- Miniprep of the O/D culture and digestion of the RBS+promoter and the insert (A1 1 and 2).
- Made SDS PAGE and Western Blot on A1 and Control A1.
- Made TLC on membrane preparations of the plant CYPs from yesterday
- Made agar plates with amp and some with IPTG as well.
- Prepared yeast assay
