Results from sequencing

There a mistake, it seems that we have the T amber instead of Lac/Tet stuff ... Let's restart again to make sure of it.

Restarting since the PCR Purification

  • Digestion with ES and XS only for LacI/GFP
Gel of digestion - Column 1.2 - 1.3 - 2.2 - 2.3 - 3.7 - 3.8 - 4.7 - 4.8 / S27 digested ES
  • Gel extraction and TECAN
  • Ligation
