&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;利用形式多样的parts构建基因通路,结合基因、蛋白、代谢等相关数据库进行分析与仿真(如CellDesigner),多侧重于某一具体方面,没有从整体上包涵一般意义上的合成生物学项目流程。另外,这些软件大多需要使用者对相关学科知识非常了解。至少是从事合成生物学相关领域的科研工作者,而无法普及到有设计具有特殊功能工程菌想法,而对合成生物学没有非常了解的设计者。
