My name is Emma. I am 19 and have just completed my second year of a Biology Degree at the University of Glasgow, and hope to graduate with a degree in Genetics. I have lived in Glasgow my entire life, and therefore I am significantly more at risk of contracting liver damage (from Buckfast). Joining the 2011 IGEM team, I hope to gain first hand experience working within a lab, and frankly nothing beats a good PCR.
