Favourite Lab Job: Pouring agarose gels.
Favourite Lab anecdote: Ruben bitching half an hour on Matthijn that he mislabelled some eppendorfs tubes. However, he forgot to check the lab journal and it turned out that he was the only person working in the lab that day.
Favourite Lab apparatus: Shakers, because they look funny, especially if there are multiple shakers next to each other shaking out of rhythm (common), and especially if they all contain funny-shaped flasks containing liquids in various fancy colours (not that common).
If you would need to pick a pirate attribute what would it be? A parrot that sits on my shoulder most of the time but also serves as a carrier pigeon and every now and then shits all over people I don't like.
