New analysis of HlyA and HlyD
Objective: Quantification of HLyA and RBS+HLyD (volume of ladder applied 6 uL; sample: 5 uL DNA +1 uL buffer )
- Ladder: Bio-Rad 100bp – 10.000bp
- Samples:
- HLyA / RBS+HLyD sample 1 / RBS+HLyD sample 2
- Results:
