Everybody:
Objective: Check the digestion of plasmids bearing the promotors (yesterday we could not see if it worked appropriately because the gel concentration was too low to distinguish the small bands (i.e. promoter bands)).
- Agarose: 1,5% (We increased the gel concentration today);
- Ladder: 100 bp Bio-Rad
