Today we transformed E. coli cells with the following Biobricks:

1. Cph8 system (BBa_I15010)

2. OmpR (BBa_R0082)

3. Green Luciferase (BBa_K325229)

4. Luciferin recovery enzyme (BBa_k325202)

5. Green firefly luciferase and luciferin recovery enzyme composite (BBa_I13018)

We plan to implement the above Biobricks into a single plasmid for transformation into an E.coli cell to cause it to luminesce in the dark. Looking forward to finding out whether it worked!
