Results of transformation

pVeg + SpoVG - YFP:tetR and pVeg + SpoVG - YFP:tetR - Double Term are OK !
pVeg + SpoVG - YFP:tetR - Double Term - TetO Array didn't work. We will do a double transformation with pDAG479 (tetO array from D. Lane) and pVeg + SpoVG - YFP:tetR - Double Term instead.
