Through a misunderstanding, Babak thought the 2-days-old 3610 in the incubator had been lauched on Saturday and therefore did not relaunch them. We had no culture today but he relaunched an overnight culture of 3610 and 3610 gfp+ for tomorrow. We would not have been able to use the Nikon today anyway after yesterday's setback with the autofocus.
