8 clones from each transformation where both PCR colonied and taken in LB for minipreping.

The transformations worked pretty well, with clear controls except for KinA tt which had very few clones, and only one PCR colonie that look correct. For comS PCR, we have the doubt that the neg control and the 10 had been inverted.
